What is included in the forest brokerage?
Our brokerage fee includes :
- the legal documents required for the forest (title deed, encumbrance certificate and land register certificate)

- The forest valuation, which determines the value of the stand and the land, is charged separately by each broker according to his own price list. The cost is a tax-deductible expense in the annual forest tax.
